Membership Dues

  • Active memberships are available for all municipal authorities organized under the Municipality Authorities Act & Related Laws, or the Parking Authority Law.
  • Associate memberships are available for qualified persons, firms or corporations.
  • Dues are for the calendar year.

Active Membership/Operating Authorities: calculated at the rate of one mil on each dollar of the previous fiscal year’s gross revenues of its project(s). The minimum dues are $200. The maximum dues are $2,400 (an administrative fee of $100 is included in the dues listed):

If gross revenues are:

  • 1.6 - 2 million - dues are $1,900
  • 2 - 3 million - dues are $2,000
  • 3 - 5 million - dues are $2,100
  • 5 - 10 million - dues are $2,200
  • 10 - 20 million - dues are $2,300
  • Over 20 million - dues are $2,400

Active Membership/Leaseback Authorities: Calculated at the rate of one mil on each dollar of lease rental. The minimum dues are $200 and the maximum dues are $950 (an administrative fee of $100 is included in the dues listed).

Associate Membership: Dues for the first Associate member of the firm are $175. Each additional member from the same firm is $95.
