CAPITOL HILL AUTHORITY REPORTS (CHAR)

The CHAR is mailed to the entire membership during sessions of the General Assembly.  The CHAR explains the status and summary of pertinent legislation impacting authorities, states PMAA’s position on important legislation, and, when necessary, urges PMAA members to contact legislators regarding PMAA’s legislative position. 

In addition, the CHAR informs the membership on other various state government proposals, regulations, programs, and projects.
