Rapid Response System Demonstration Sessions
Water utilities across Pennsylvania are required to prepare for the changes to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s (DEP’s) Chapter 109 – Safe Drinking Water Regulation. The most significant changes are for Tier 1 violations and only allow a maximum of 24 hours for all service connections to be notified of the violation.
