Region 2

Region 2 encompasses Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton and Schuylkill counties. The current Director and Assistant Director’s terms are from 2015 – 2018.

Hellertown Borough Authority

Glenn is the Administrator for the Hellertown Borough Authority which provides water and wastewater service to approximately 2,600 customers. He has been active on numerous PMMA committees and has found membership in PMAA to be very rewarding.  He is active in both his church and the Boy Scouts of America. He and his wife, Sharon, plan to retire to Delaware – someday.

Berks County was home to the first American Amish Settlement. The trials and executions, of the controversial Molly Maguires, an Irish secret society that had been accused of terrorizing the region were held here. Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom's Steel Force and Thunderhawk roller coasters. Steel Force opened in 1997 as the tallest and fastest roller coaster on the East Coast of the United States, with a first drop of 205 feet (62 m) and a top speed of 75 miles per hour. Pocono Raceway hosts two major YuenglingNASCAR events every year. Visit the Crayola Crayon Factory, where color, chemistry, and technology magically combine! Located in Pottsville, D. G. Yuengling & Son is the oldest operating brewing company in the United States, established in 1829.
