Booth Specifications
The Hershey Lodge & Convention Center provides excellent visibility and accessibility. Exhibit booths are 8’x 10’. ALL booths include: 

  • Table, cloth cover and chairs;

  • Side rails and backdrop with curtain;

  • Company identification sign;

  • Security personnel (includes non-exhibiting hours);

  • TWO complimentary conference registrations.

  • Additional booth representatives must register at the regular rate of $295.

Electric & Internet
Electric hook-up is not included in booth pricing and must be arranged separately. Order forms will be forwarded in August to the listed contact person.

Booth Assignment
Exhibit booths are assigned by PMAA and are determined on a first-come, first-served basis. To guarantee exhibit space, send the enclosed reservation form and payment as soon as possible. Booth assignments will be sent in August.

Cancellation Policy
Due to reservation guarantees, NO REFUNDS can be made after July 29, 2017.

Door Prizes (non-perishable items only)
Exhibitor door prize winners will be announced Tuesday, September 12th starting at 8:00 am.  

Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent when reservation form and payment is received.

Overnight Accommodations

  • Hotel accommodations and individual conference registration forms will follow later this spring. 

  • Hotel room blocks will open in late May.
