PMAA publishes a complete edition of the law governing municipal authorities, the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act (53 Pa. C.S.A. Ch. 56) including all amendments to date. The Act, which also includes related laws and a subject index, is updated every two years corresponding with the completion of the legislative sessions.  A copy is distributed free of charge to each PMAA member authority.
