PA Office of Open Records Update - The Pennsylvania Office of Open Records (OOR) promotes and enforces the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law (RTKL) which is designed to ensure that citizens have access to the records of their government.  The OOR serves as a resource for citizens, public officials and members of the media who are looking to obtain these public government records. Understanding the Key Elements of Public Official Ethics - Attorneys from the Ethics Commission will provide an overview of ethical standards, recent Ethics Commission rulings impacting Municipal Authority officials and address their required Statement of Financial Interest forms.  The Ethics Act provides that this form be filed each year the position is held and the year following termination of service.
