The Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association (PMAA) is the recognized Association for municipal authorities, addressing issues that affect the industry, analyzing legislation and regulations, providing resources, offering educational opportunities, and bringing members together to share ideas and collaborate.
There are two types of PMAA members:
Authority Membership: For all municipal authorities organized under the Municipality Authorities Act & Related Laws, or the Parking Authority Law.
Associate Membership: For qualified persons, firms or corporations.
Dues are assessed on a calendar year for both types of membership and are invoiced in December for the next calendar year.

Authority Membership Dues
Active memberships are available for all municipal authorities organized under the Municipality Authorities Act & Related Laws (53 Pa.C.S. Ch. 56), or the Parking Authority Law.
Active Membership/Operating Authorities dues are based on gross revenues and are calculated at the rate of one mil on each dollar of gross revenue, plus an administrative fee of $100. The minimum dues are $200 and the maximum dues are $2,950 annually. See the membership application for a complete breakdown of dues or contact PMAA for more information.
Active Membership/Leaseback Authorities dues are calculated at the rate of one mil on each dollar of lease rental, plus an administrative fee of $100. The minimum dues are $200 and the maximum dues are $1,200 annually.
Associate Membership Dues
Associate memberships are available for qualified persons, firms or corporations.
Associate Membership dues are $195 for the first associate member of the firm; each additional member from the same firm is $125 per person.
