The Authority is PMAA’s bi-monthly magazine, a publication that reaches a broad audience of PMAA members, from authority managers to solicitors, from board members to engineers. Inside, there are feature stories about technical issues and advancements faced by those who work in the municipal authority industry. Each issue also contains an overview of legislation and regulations relevant to municipal authorities as well as information about upcoming events, PMAA member news, and classified advertising.

Submission Guidelines:

Thank you in advance for your interest in submitting an article! All you need to do is to prepare your article as a Word document. If you have photos, please provide them to me in jpg format, high resolution (300 dpi).

Typically, one page in the magazine is approximately 900 -1000 words, two pages is approximately 1800 -2000 words, and more space is available if needed. Graphics and photos (in jpg or png format) are strongly encouraged if you have some to share but, if not, we can provide relevant graphics. In addition, please feel free to take a look at past issues of our magazine The Authority.
