The Authority

The Authority is PMAA’s bi-monthly magazine, a publication that reaches a broad audience of PMAA members, from authority managers to solicitors, from board members to engineers. Inside, there are feature stories about technical issues and advancements faced by those who work in the municipal authority industry. Each issue also contains an overview of legislation and regulations relevant to municipal authorities as well as information about upcoming events, PMAA member news, and classified advertising.

Submission Guidelines:

Thank you in advance for your interest in submitting an article! All you need to do is to prepare your article as a Word document. If you have photos, please provide them to me in jpg format, high resolution (300 dpi).

Graphics (like logos, maps, charts) are also useful – Excel, EPS, AI, TIFF, PDF. A good rule of thumb for article length is 2-3 pages, double-spaced/single-sided, and approximately 700-900 words. I also like to include a short paragraph about the author(s). You can contact me with questions.
