Privatization: Investor-Owned Utility Acquisitions of Municipal or Authority-Owned Systems

The acquisition of municipal or authority-owned water and wastewater systems by investor- owned utilities, also referred to as Privatization, is becoming more prominent throughout the Commonwealth.

This interactive webinar will cover Privatization and the legal issues that it presents, and provide Board Members, Directors, Managers and Solicitors of municipal or authority-owned water and wastewater systems with a concise legal update on issues germane to Privatization as we approach 2019.
