PMAA Staff will address the various tools and methods available to authorities in dealing with the ever-present, problematic delinquent ratepayers every system encounters.  State Representatives Matt Gabler and Chris Dush are scheduled to attend and be part of the panel discussion with the group on this important topic.   

This will be a working lunch.
